Shelley Carmine Bowles, LCSW is an in-network provider with multiple insurance companies. If you are using your benefits, the amount you pay per session and number of sessions allotted is determined by your insurance company.

You will need to get co-payment, co-insurance, or deductible information directly from your insurance company. Your insurance company can verify if they will cover your therapy and consider it as an in-network or out-of-network benefit. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-payment, or other balances that are not paid by your insurance at the day and time services are provided.

It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company in advance to inquire if a referral and/or and an authorization number is necessary to receive services from Shelley Carmine Bowles, LCSW. Please also confirm that telehealth is a covered service as some insurance companies require you to use their specific paid platforms.

The initial assessment is $200. My psychotherapy rates are $180 per 45 minute individual session, $200 per 55 minute individual session, and $200 for a couples session. Any intensives will be billed at the $200 per clinical hour rate. Please note there is a different fee schedule for any agreed upon court appearances, legal case involvement, or completion of outside documentation.

These rates are the amounts billed to your insurance company if you choose to utilize your health insurance benefits. Your responsibility is often a small portion of this amount and you will be billed for the amount your health insurance has instructed me to collect.

For clients who are using out-of-network benefits or who choose to self-pay, you will be receiving a Good Faith Estimate prior to starting services.
